Caviar has a shelf life of how long?
The expiration date is printed on the back of the tin. When opened, keep the sturgeon roe refrigerated for up to two days with the lid tightly closed.
How should caviar be stored?
The temperature at which caviar is stored is critical to its quality. The ideal temperature range is between 0°C and 3°C.
Céleste Caviar maintains a temperature-controlled environment for the caviar. As a result, you should attempt to keep the period between purchase and consumption as short as possible and store the caviar immediately in the refrigerator.
What is the proper way to consume Caviar?
Caviar should not come into contact with metals such as silver. Otherwise, the eggs will become metallic in flavor.
To extract caviar from its container, use a wooden, glass, plastic, or gold spoon.
However, the best material would be a spoon made of mother of pearl.
Why? Because mother of pearl does not retain or transfer flavor, your caviar will retain exactly the amount of flavor intended.

Shipping & delivery
How will my order be delivered?
Everything is packed in accordance with legal hygiene regulations. Since caviar is a perishable product, we always pack it in a special, cooled polystyrene box with ice packs.
As a result, the caviar remains cool for up to 48 hours during transportation, ensuring that you always get the best quality.
Where do you ship ?
We deliver to the following countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
What is the cost of delivery?
Shipping costs are determined by the value of your purchase and the delivery address.
The cost of delivery in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany is €15,95.
(VAT incl.).
Shipping is free if your order totals more than €250.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We will deliver at the time you specified when placing your order. We work with DHL to ensure that your order is delivered on time. Orders from Belgium are delivered by 2 p.m. on the specified delivery date. Orders placed in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany or France will be delivered by 6 p.m. on the specified delivery date.
Your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will not be shipped until Monday.
What is the process of delivery?
When you place your order, you can specify when you want it delivered. There are four days to choose from: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Delivery occurs between 9:00a.m. and 18:00 p.m.
Your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, however, will not be shipped until Monday.
Our caviar is prepared with the utmost care, which is why it is critical that you are at home at the delivery time you have specified.
