TOMATO AND AVOCADO TOAST TOPPED WITH CELESTE CAVIAR

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Lime
  • Olive oil
  • Whole wheat bread
  • Salt and pepper
  • 30 gr of Céleste Caviar

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the wheat bread into squares and toast them in the oven for 2 minutes before allowing them to cool.

Mash the avocado until it resembles a purée.

Add lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces.

On the toast, spread the avocado.

Finish with tomato cubes and Céleste Caviar.
