- 1 Buckwheat pancake
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Shallot
- Olive Oil
- A few chives stalk
- 30g of Céleste Caviar
Make equal rectangles out of the buckwheat pancakes.
Cook the finely chopped shallots in olive oil.
Add the eggs when the shallot starts to brown.
Keep stirring until the eggs are cooked.
Put 1 tablespoon of scrambled eggs on top of the pancake.
Finally, garnish with Céleste Caviar and chives.
