Our Ossetra caviar has a smaller and firmer grain than the Beluga’s caviar.
The colour can vary from deep brown to yellow gold. The more gold the caviar looks, the older the sturgeon, the richer the flavour.
The magical blend of the distinct flavour of Ossetra caviar range from an earthy aroma to a creamy walnut mix with hints of the salty sea. The texture of this caviar is silky and melts in the mouth offering a purely gastronomic experience.
The Ossetra caviar comes from the Acipenser Persicus sturgeon also known as the Persian Sturgeon. It is found in the Caspian Sea.

We ship via DHL Express from Monday through Thursday.
Except on Monday, deliveries are made between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 a.m.
If you make your order before 4 p.m., you will get it the next day.
Orders made on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, on the other hand, will not be processed until Monday.
Since caviar is a perishable product, we always pack it in a special, cooled polystyrene box with ice packs. As a result, the caviar remains cool for up to 48 hours during transportation, ensuring that you always get the best quality.
