Our beluga caviar has a large and firm grain. The colour ranges from light to dark grey. It is defined by a smooth and subtle texture that has a rich and buttery feel on the tongue with a mild note of Caspian Sea aroma.

The Beluga caviar comes from the Huso Huso sturgeon, also known as the Beluga sturgeon or the Great sturgeon. It is mainly found in the Caspian and the Black Sea.

Except on Monday, deliveries are made between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.

If you make your order before 4 p.m., you will get it the next day.

Serving tips for our caviar

For serving and tasting, be careful not to use metal utensils but rather one made of mother-of-pearl.

Acipenser Huso Huso

The Huso Huso sturgeon, also known as the Beluga sturgeon or
the Great sturgeon, is the source of our Iranian Beluga caviar. This fish
is most commonly found in the Caspian and Black Seas.

These sturgeons are anadromous fish, which means they spend
the majority of their time in saltwater before migrating upstream to lay eggs
in freshwater.

The Acipenser Huso Huso produces a magnificent roe over a
period of 12-18 years old. These sturgeons can weigh more than 1000 kg and
reach lengths of up to 8m. These amazing creatures have a life expectancy of up
to 100 years.
