1 King crab leg (cooked)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Lime
- Garlic butter
- 50 g of Céleste Caviar
Boil the egg for 8–12 minutes until it is hard-boiled.
Cut the cooked King crab leg in half lengthwise and remove the meat.
Put the crab meat mixed with garlic butter and lime zest in an ovenproof dish.
Place it in the oven for 3 minutes.
Put the meat back in the leg.
Serve it with a quarter of a hardboiled egg and Céleste caviar.
