1 Bagel roll
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Radishes
- 2 Cloves of black
- 1 Slice of salmon
- Crème fraiche
- 50 g of Céleste Caviar
Cut the avocado into quarters and remove the skin.
Do the same with the radishes but leave the skin on.
Slice the salmon into thin sashimi pieces.
Cut the avocado and black garlic into thin slices.
Slice the bagel lengthwise and toast it.
Once the bagel is toasted:
- First place the thinly sliced avocado.
- Then add the radish, salmon, and black garlic.
- Finish with dots of crème fraiche.
Top it off with Céleste Caviar.
